Responsibilities

  • Manage execution of leadership development programs for mid-senior leaders
  • Collaborate with Director of Leadership Development
  • Ensure programs run as intended aligning with business strategies
  • Support end-to-end delivery of leadership programs and live learning events
  • Monitor engagement, cohort dynamics, and overall learning environment

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in leadership development or talent management
  • At least 3 years within the financial services sector (preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Master's in Business, HR, or related field preferred
  • Ability to use data and business intelligence tools to identify skill gaps and measure the effectiveness of programs
