Requirements
Minimum of 7 years’ experience in leadership development or talent management
At least 3 years within the financial services sector (preferred)
Bachelor's degree required
Master's in Business, HR, or related field preferred
Ability to use data and business intelligence tools to identify skill gaps and measure the effectiveness of programs
