About the role
- Hybrid Cloud Platform Engineer working on a PaaS capability development team for Intelligence customers. Utilizing Agile methodology and managing Red Hat OpenShift in varied environments.
Responsibilities
- Work on a development team utilizing Agile scrum methodology
- Develop and maintain agency wide Platform as a Service (PaaS) capability
- O&M of existing Red Hat OpenShift environment across multiple security domains
- Support OpenShift operators and frameworks including Crossplane, Kyverno, RedHat GitOps
- Deploy OpenShift to new sites as they come online
- Work with internal and external teams to understand integration requirements
- Work with Security to ensure ongoing compliance and develop secure solutions
- Support data services including RabbitMQ, Redis, PostgreSQL, Elastic Stack
- Compile detailed documentation
Requirements
- 5 + years of related experience
- US Citizenship Required
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Programming, Science, Engineering or a related technical discipline
- Meet DoD 8570 IAT Level II requirements including one of the following: Security+ CE, CND, SSCP, GSEC, GICSP, CySA+, or CCNA
