- Process automation: You actively contribute to the further digitization and automation of our People Operations processes (including Employee Lifecycle Management).
- People development: You prepare decision papers for new measures and contribute your own ideas.
- Recruiting: You identify potential candidates for our open positions on LinkedIn and provide support at career fairs when needed.
- Event management: You assist with planning team events and company gatherings, helping to strengthen our company culture.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in business administration, sociology, or a comparable field with a focus on HR, organization, or management (compulsory internships welcome).
- Strong communication skills, excellent organizational ability, and a high level of discretion.
- Hands-on mentality: After onboarding and daily alignment on open questions, you will independently and reliably handle tasks from our diverse to-do list.
- Excellent German skills and good English skills, both written and spoken.
