About the role

  • Join Galapos as a Consultant of New Businesses, managing B2B client relationships. Focus on corporate finance, innovation, and consultancy services.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain relationships with a B2B client portfolio;
  • Schedule and conduct meetings with clients;
  • Act as the client's focal point for questions, alignments, and delivery monitoring;
  • Follow up on contract renewals;
  • Map new business opportunities within the portfolio;
  • Interact with internal teams, sharing client feedback;
  • Maintain the CRM and other platforms with key customer journey information.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed or in the final years of study in Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering;
  • Interest in corporate finance and innovation;
  • Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite;
  • Experience in customer service and relationship management;
  • Interest in Galapos’ areas of work (Consulting, M&A, and Incentives);
  • Organized, with a sense of priorities and autonomy in account management;
  • Preferred / Nice-to-have:
  • Previous experience in partner relationship management, business development, commercial roles, or similar functions (B2B experience preferred);
  • Strong verbal and written communication, with a consultative and relationship-focused profile;
  • Experience in consultancies, M&A, or structuring financial projects.
