About the role
- Join Galapos as a Consultant of New Businesses, managing B2B client relationships. Focus on corporate finance, innovation, and consultancy services.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain relationships with a B2B client portfolio;
- Schedule and conduct meetings with clients;
- Act as the client's focal point for questions, alignments, and delivery monitoring;
- Follow up on contract renewals;
- Map new business opportunities within the portfolio;
- Interact with internal teams, sharing client feedback;
- Maintain the CRM and other platforms with key customer journey information.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed or in the final years of study in Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering;
- Interest in corporate finance and innovation;
- Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite;
- Experience in customer service and relationship management;
- Interest in Galapos’ areas of work (Consulting, M&A, and Incentives);
- Organized, with a sense of priorities and autonomy in account management;
- Preferred / Nice-to-have:
- Previous experience in partner relationship management, business development, commercial roles, or similar functions (B2B experience preferred);
- Strong verbal and written communication, with a consultative and relationship-focused profile;
- Experience in consultancies, M&A, or structuring financial projects.
