Responsibilities
Compiling, creating, and delivering various financial reports on daily, weekly, quarterly, and annual cycles.
Interacting regularly with the State of Vermont, healthcare providers, claims processing, and customer service departments.
Providing a full range of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions in support of Green Mountain Care healthcare programs.
Completing daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and year-end reporting, including daily receipts and bank deposits.
Supporting Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) site reviews and managing claims and data reconciliation for Carved-In 340B participating Vermont Medicaid providers.
Requirements
Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; healthcare industry experience preferred.
Strong business, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to learn quickly.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience with financial reporting, supported by strong mathematical and Excel proficiency.
Exceptional attention to detail, including the ability to independently QA/QC one’s own work.
