- regularną analizę danych: pilnowanie statystyk sourcingowych, wskaźników skuteczności searchu i formułowanie rekomendacji
- współpracę z zespołem rekrutacyjnym, by dokładnie rozumieć potrzeby biznesowe i profil idealnego kandydata
- dzielenie się wiedzą i wdrażanie dobrych praktyk sourcingowych w zespole.
Requirements
- minimum 4 lata doświadczenia w sourcingu - obszar IT
- bardzo dobrej znajomość rynku i specyfiki branży IT
- praktycznego doświadczenia w pozyskiwaniu kandydatów IT i pracy z różnorodnymi narzędziami sourcingowymi oraz AI
- samodzielności i odpowiedzialności w realizacji zadań, z nastawieniem na efektywność i skuteczność
- znajomości technik sourcingowych – praktyka
- umiejętności analizy danych ilościowych i dbałość o statystyki
- proaktywności w proponowaniu i wdrażaniu usprawnień w obszarze sourcingu
- otwartości na dzieleniu się wiedzą i budowanie procesów sourcingowym w naszym teamie.
