Requirements

  • Are currently a Head of Creative / Design
  • Have experience building and leading creative teams in high-growth DTC, lifestyle or FMCG brands
  • From a design background, balancing strong creative instinct and taste
  • Have delivered high-volume, high-quality creative across multiple channels
  • Are confident directing both scrappy and high-production shoots
