About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop high-performance concepts for Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Write razor-sharp briefings and scripts for the design team and external content creators
  • Analyze performance metrics and develop new winning creatives
  • Continuously conduct market and competitor analyses
  • Collaborate with the team to optimize creative work and media buying

Requirements

  • 2 to 3 years of relevant professional experience in Creative Strategy, Paid Social, or Performance Marketing
  • Understanding of Meta’s algorithm and best practices
  • Analytical mindset with experience using Ads Manager
  • Proactive and independent working style
  • Fluent German (spoken and written) and a good sense for conversion-driven copy
