About the role

  • Creative Lead at IMA leading design solutions for global sports and fashion brands. Delivering impactful designs while interpreting client briefs and collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

  • Interpret and develop client briefs alongside your colleagues and Client Services teams.
  • Demonstrate excellent conceptual and creative thinking in your work while supporting ideas with a strong rationale.
  • Create multiple design options that are all on brief and delivered on time.
  • Introduce your own ideas and direction where possible and present concepts to internal teams in an articulate manner.
  • Confidently present work to the creative CD team, the client services team, and externally to clients.
  • Work with the wider agencies departments to deliver high quality creative solutions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in delivering and winning client pitches.
  • Excellent knowledge and awareness of brand retail strategy.
  • Good grounding in design principles and excellent execution skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of the adobe suite.
  • Good communicator and can work well within a team and lead on projects where required.
