About the role

  • Project Manager overseeing tool hook-up projects within semiconductor manufacturing operations. Leading cross-functional teams to ensure seamless equipment integration while adhering to industry standards.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and execution of tool hook-up projects in a semiconductor wafer fab
  • Manage utility requirements and space allocation strategies
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, construction, and engineering teams to ensure smooth tool installation and integration
  • Assist in developing and maintaining comprehensive project documentation including timelines, budgets, and risk assessments
  • Ensure compliance with cleanroom protocols, safety regulations, and semiconductor industry standards throughout the Hook-Up process
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize hook-up processes and reduce costs
  • Contribute to wider fab infrastructure projects as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in semiconductor fab operations or equipment/tool hook-up roles
  • PMI certification (PMP or equivalent) is required
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment lifecycle
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing cross-functional technical projects in cleanroom environments
  • Proficient in project management tools and methodologies, including budgeting and scheduling
  • Proficient in English (written and verbal)
