About the role
- IT Specialist for System Integration focusing on Microsoft infrastructure with Funkwerk. Engaging in planning, implementation, and support of network components with on-site responsibilities at a client location.
Responsibilities
- You will independently take responsibility for the planning, commissioning and operational support of network components.
- You are part of a team permanently assigned on-site at our customer’s location.
- Your responsibilities include planning, commissioning, diagnostics, troubleshooting, administration and maintenance of Windows servers and clients.
- Ensuring the availability of the local IT environment and providing user support.
- Cross-departmental technical support on IT matters.
- Installation and configuration of applications and data services.
- Support and execution of IT documentation.
- Maintenance of the helpdesk system and knowledge base.
- On-call duty as part of the on-site team; no travel required.
Requirements
- Completed training as an IT specialist (System Integration or IT Systems Electronics), a technical degree, further training as an IT technician, or a comparable qualification.
- Practical experience in planning and commissioning IT infrastructures.
- Microsoft certification (MCSA or MCSE) desirable.
- Installation and administration of Microsoft servers and clients.
- Independent, structured and goal-oriented working style.
- Experience with security systems.
- Proficient user of MS Office.
- Business-fluent German and good English skills.
