About the role
- Program Manager leading autonomous vehicle software development projects at NVIDIA. Driving integration and process improvements across engineering teams for AV Fleet initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Direct and drive key initiatives vital to complete several projects within the AV Fleet.
- These initiatives range from driving org level optimizations to scaling out AV testing.
- Analyze & diagnose the underlying events contributing to these metrics, identify trends, and resolve top priority engineering work for improving the platform experience.
- Drive implementation and/or recommend improvements across features and across the stack, in collaboration with the corresponding component engineering teams.
- Scale out this iterative development process by developing more automation and leveraging from current operational teams/resources.
- Assist in improving process and procedures within the team.
- Help streamline day-to-day operations.
Requirements
- BS/MS Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years recent Program/Project Management experience driving the planning and execution of software engineering projects, and releasing commercial products.
- Experience handling at least few successful releases with the short release cadence in a dynamic environment.
- You have a consistent record of leading and successfully delivering scalable programs and projects, driving process improvements.
- We want to leverage your extensive experience in scaling out AV integration and testing.
- Shown ability to evaluate and drive adoption of new and improved process workflows in scalable organizations.
