Responsibilities
Technical support and handling of after-sales services for passenger information systems
Identifying and selecting appropriate spare part components
Analyzing fault patterns and assessing possible causes
Coordinating repairs and service deployments
Spare parts management including demand forecasting and allocation
Preparing quotations and orders and handling complete order processing in SAP
Documenting complaints in the JIRA Service Desk
Supporting inventory counts and quality reviews
Maintaining customer contacts
Requirements
Completed commercial or technical vocational training with a strong technical understanding
Good knowledge of electronic components such as power supplies, CPU boards and displays
Experience in spare parts or service handling for technical products is an advantage
Knowledge of logistics and warehouse processes
Proficient user of MS Office and SAP
Ability to analyze fault descriptions
Structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working
Strong communication skills and confidence in negotiations
Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
