Responsibilities
**What you will do :**
**Support Customer Engagement**: Assist the team in delivering best-in-class experiences by responding to customer inquiries via our omni-channel support systems. You will learn to engage with speed, empathy, and effectiveness.
**Assist with Onboarding & Compliance**: Support the new customer onboarding process by helping to process applications and conducting initial KYC (Know Your Customer) verification checks under supervision.
**Operational Support**: Handle day-to-day operational and administrative tasks within the CX portfolio to ensure the department runs efficiently.
**Data Compilation**: Assist in gathering feedback from chats & calls for the team to look into service improvements.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and contribute to customer success metrics, learning how individual performance impacts company goals.

Requirements
**What we are looking for:**
Current student or recent graduate in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail, especially regarding data entry and compliance checks.
