About the role

  • Analista de E-commerce managing configurations across various marketplace platforms. Required skills include Excel and marketplace integration knowledge.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and configure marketplaces (Mercado Livre, Amazon, Magalu, among others);
  • Configure and maintain commercial rules, such as: Pricing, Commissions, Shipping policies, Dispatch and delivery SLAs, Tax and fiscal rules (when applicable);
  • Work on the configuration of seller portals and integrator hubs (e.g., VTEX Marketplace, Olist, AnyMarket, Plugg.to, SkyHub, etc.);
  • Perform technical onboarding of sellers, including: Initial registration and setup, Catalog validation, Attribute mapping, Logistics and tax integration;
  • Monitor and resolve integration errors, such as: Publication failures, Price/stock discrepancies, and Order/status errors;
  • Support the structuring of new channels and marketplace rollouts;
  • Create and maintain technical and operational documentation (manuals, workflows, and checklists);
  • Collaborate with internal teams: Technology, Logistics, Finance, Product Data, and Customer Service;
  • Ensure operational stability and compliance of channel configurations.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Marketplace Analyst, with a focus on configuration and parameterization;
  • Practical knowledge of marketplaces and integrator hubs;
  • Experience with: Product registration, Category and attribute mapping, Commercial rules, and logistics;
  • Knowledge of omnichannel operations and order flow;
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel for operational analysis.
