About the role

  • E-commerce Operations Analyst overseeing the complete order cycle from creation to delivery. Focused on operational consistency and improvement in performance metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the complete lifecycle of e-commerce orders, from creation through delivery and financial settlement;
  • Monitor operational flows between the platform, OMS, ERP, logistics partners and Finance, ensuring consistency and traceability;
  • Monitor, analyze and report operational KPIs (SLA, cancellations, returns, stockouts, reconciliations and payouts);
  • Conduct operational follow-ups with external partners (Mkplace, Docas, Oncoprod, logistics operators, ERPs and Finance);
  • Support reconciliation of orders, payouts, returns and operational exceptions;
  • Ensure data consistency across systems, supporting testing, validation and onboarding of new integrations;
  • Update and maintain spreadsheets, operational controls and performance dashboards;
  • Prepare operational reports and materials for executive follow-up;
  • Actively identify bottlenecks and propose continuous improvements to operational processes.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in e-commerce operations, marketplace, logistics or fulfillment;
  • Practical knowledge of order flow, billing, delivery and after-sales processes;
  • Proficiency in Excel (intermediate to advanced) and familiarity with Power BI preferred;
  • Basic knowledge of ERP, OMS, system integrations and operational reconciliations;
  • Strong communication skills to interact with internal teams and external partners.
