About the role

  • Community Content Manager leading community communications and content strategies for a game studio. Fostering player engagement across social media to support game launches and interactions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Frontier’s outbound community communications across social media and other non-owned platforms.
  • Own and manage the content calendar across social media and other relevant platforms.
  • Manage and grow Frontier’s presence across channels such as X/Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube.
  • Brief and collaborate with creative teams to deliver engaging evergreen and campaign content.
  • Support community content initiatives across Frontier’s sales platforms and content hubs.
  • Promote partnered creators and creator-led content through Frontier’s social channels.
  • Coordinate closely with PR and Influencer teams to ensure consistent messaging and campaign alignment.
  • Monitor performance using social analytics tools and optimise content based on insights and audience behaviour.
  • Represent Frontier in outbound communications, maintaining a consistent, authentic brand voice.
  • Act as the first escalation point for key community communications issues, working with relevant internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with teams across Brand, Product, Marketing and Development to ensure community messaging supports wider strategic goals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media management and content strategy.
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
  • Experience briefing and collaborating with creative teams.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics, performance tracking and reporting.
  • A proactive, creative and organised approach to content planning.
  • Confidence working in a fast-paced, reactive environment.
  • A genuine passion for video games and a strong understanding of gaming communities.
  • Bonus if you have experience launching and supporting live service games.
