About the role

• Inhouse Consultant delivering SAP PP and EWM solutions for MANN & SCHRÖDER COSMETICS. Planning workshops, customizing systems, and enhancing process efficiency with interdepartmental collaborations.

Responsibilities

• You develop solution concepts for the requirements of the business units in SAP PP and EWM and provide advice on recommended actions and implementations
• You plan and lead workshops, perform configuration (customizing) and conduct initial testing in a test environment
• You create user and system documentation and train key users
• You are a competent point of contact for all queries and work closely with adjacent SAP modules (e.g., MM, FI) as well as with internal stakeholders and, where applicable, external partners
• You initiate, plan and manage IT and process improvement projects (SAP and adjacent systems) aimed at standardization, automation and efficiency gains
• You take on (partial) project management responsibilities and coordinate interdisciplinary project teams (internal/external)

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering or a related field
• Professional experience in the SAP environment, ideally with a focus on SAP PP and SAP EWM in an S/4HANA context
• Knowledge of process optimization and project work; initial (partial) project responsibility is a plus
• Excellent communication skills, confident presence and assertiveness
• Structured, self-driven working style and strong team skills
• Proficient user of MS Office
• Technological curiosity; interest or basic understanding of AI-supported automation is desirable
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
