- You support our expansion team in processing and managing rental offers
- You are responsible for planning and executing all payment transactions related to our rental matters — including monitoring all account activity
- You serve as the point of contact for property owners and managers of our rental properties
- You support lease negotiations from a commercial perspective and handle communication with our lease law attorney
- You manage contract administration for our lease agreements
Requirements
- You have successfully completed a business administration degree with a focus on accounting or real estate management, or alternatively completed vocational training as a real estate clerk with professional experience in lease administration for commercial properties
- You demonstrate a careful, independent and structured approach to work
- You enjoy working in a team and can be relied upon even during busy periods
- You bring strong communication skills: fluent German is essential for communication with our landlords
- You are digitally competent, have strong Excel skills and have experience working with contract and property management software, e.g., com.TRADENET
