Responsibilities
Deliver consistent, high-quality service to institutional clients
Respond to client inquiries and service requests promptly
Resolve issues by partnering with internal teams
Maintain strong, ongoing client relationships
Support asset retention through effective servicing
Manage client deliverables and presentation materials
Ensure timelines and deadlines are consistently met
Coordinate requests for proposals (RFPs) and due diligence questionnaires (DDQs)
Ensure responses are accurate and submitted on time
Address account-related issues through cross-functional coordination
Partner with Sales and Relationship Managers to support business goals
Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems
Support compliance reviews and regulatory requirements
Contribute to special projects and initiatives as needed
Requirements
University degree or equivalent relevant financial services industry experience
5 years’ experience in the fund manager, bank, or securities industry essential
Fluency in English – spoken and written, is essential
French fluency is a plus
Canadian Securities Course preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Strong multi-tasker with adherence to established time frames and schedules
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
High attention to detail and confidentiality
