About the role

  • Sales Planner managing media strategies and proposals for pharmaceutical advertisers. Collaborating with sales team and internal operations within a dynamic digital media landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Perform RFP Intake including entry of information into Salesforce, setting up Google Sheets and Slides for team collaboration
  • Carefully evaluate all client-supplied RFP materials to accurately interpret campaign objectives
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of all advertising products, inventory, and pricing
  • Complete client-supplied templates with product information
  • Track RFP progression within team project management tool & provide accurate ETAs for project milestones
  • Collaborate with internal teams to curate custom audience groups that will be utilized for digital marketing
  • Develop a strong understanding of digital media workflows for the Media Strategy team as well as adjacent departments
  • Complete special projects with the guidance of a Media Strategist or Manager. Projects may include: analyzing business trends, maintaining team reference materials, identifying efficiencies in SOPs

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of relevant professional experience in media planning, media strategy, digital marketing, advertising, or a related field preferred; internship experience and transferable early-career experience will also be considered
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field of study
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets & Google Slides
  • Strong critical thinking skills & ability to draw conclusions from data points
  • Attention to detail and organization
