Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets in Rajasthan
New Dealers, Distributers & Retail Appointment, Management and Market share Development.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions
Conduct site visits and assessments to understand customer operations and identify opportunities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product development
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies
Develop and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations
Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers
Requirements
Minimum Graduation with MBA (Marketing) preferred
He should have an experience of 4 -8 years in Sales and Marketing of agriculture and domestic pumps (Submersible, monoblocs and minipumps)
Strong technical knowledge of submersible pumps and motors, including design, application, and installation
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools
