Responsibilities
You develop your sales territory with a focus on both revenue and relationship building
You independently build your customer network in and around Munich and throughout Southeast Bavaria
You support our customers as an equal partner
You provide solution-oriented advice to skilled tradespeople, distributors, and planners
You work closely with our application technicians in your region as a team with a clear objective
You conduct product training sessions: independently and together with our application-technology team
Requirements
You have an understanding of technical topics, whether as a tradesperson, site manager, or career changer
You are enthusiastic about sales with handshake-quality integrity and technical know-how
You enjoy working with people and finding practical solutions
You work independently and in a structured manner
You live in the sales territory (Munich and Southeast Bavaria) and enjoy being on the road
Experience with plastics or construction chemicals is a plus but not required
