About the role

  • Clinical Trial Coordinator responsible for budget negotiations and payments in clinical trials. Working in a hybrid model with client-facing responsibilities and financial oversight.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for site payments and budget negotiations.
  • Serve as client’s contact for site payments and clinical trial budget negotiations.
  • Establish a strong working relationship with client’s project teams.
  • Monitor and control start-up and ongoing payments to sites.
  • Proactively engage in quality assurance and risk management activities.
  • Initiate improvements to enhance efficiency and quality of payment-work performed on assigned projects.
  • Develop, negotiate, approve, and maintain site-level budgets & payments.
  • Track and report site payments and budget negotiations updates.
  • Understand client expectations for deliverables/milestones.
  • Oversee budget approval status and coordinate addressing queries.
  • Calculate and execute payments.

Requirements

  • University/College degree (life science preferred), or certification in a related allied health profession from an appropriate accredited institution (e.g., nursing certification, medical or laboratory technology).
  • Minimum 0 – 2 + years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience to successfully perform the key responsibilities of the job.
  • Working knowledge of ICH, RA, IRB/IEC, and other applicable regulations/guidelines
  • Demonstrated basic understanding of the clinical trial process.
  • Must be bilingual in French & English.
