About the role

  • Enterprise Sales Manager at Hubble Financial accelerating Early Payment Solutions adoption in Singapore. Leading business development initiatives with large corporations and their suppliers.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business acquisition for Early Payment and Supply Chain Financing programs.
  • Identify, develop, and close opportunities with large enterprises and their suppliers.
  • Own the entire sales cycle — prospecting, pitching, structuring proposals, negotiating terms, and closing deals.
  • Build deep, trust-based relationships with C-suite, treasury, procurement, and finance leaders.
  • Engage decision-makers in family-owned conglomerates and major corporates to drive program adoption.
  • Deliver compelling presentations that clearly communicate value, ROI, and strategic impact.
  • Coordinate across product, credit, risk, legal, and operations to deliver tailored enterprise solutions.
  • Serve as the central point of contact to ensure seamless onboarding and implementation.
  • Use industry insights and networks to build a strong pipeline of high-value opportunities.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking platforms.
  • Provide market intelligence to influence product enhancements and strategic direction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of enterprise sales experience in Singapore in early payment solutions, supply chain finance, or B2B enterprise payments.
  • Professionals from adjacent industries with strong corporate networks are welcome to apply.
  • Exceptional presentation, communication, and influencing skills with senior leaders.
  • Strong existing network with large enterprises, MNCs, and family-owned conglomerates.
  • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets through consultative selling.
  • Ability to manage long, complex enterprise sales cycles and multi-stakeholder engagements.
  • Skilled at coordinating across internal and external teams to drive deal success.
  • High integrity, entrepreneurial mindset, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced fintech/financial services environment.
