Responsibilities
- Serve as a co-pilot to local management, transforming financial data into actionable business insights
- Ensure local operations align with corporate objectives, supporting sustainable business performance
- Act as the primary contact for all financial matters
- Coordinate with functional experts and shared service teams to deliver high-quality support
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes
- Prepare monthly liquidity forecasts and assess funding needs
- Monitor key business risks and support mitigation efforts
- Implement corporate policies and ensure compliance with local legal, tax, and regulatory requirements
- Oversee quarterly and year-end closings and ensure accurate, compliant financial reporting
Requirements
- Several years of professional finance experience in an international environment or fundamental financial audit background
- Very good and in-depth understanding of operational finance, particularly managing networking capital, investment and finance cashflow
- Profound knowledge of IFRS and HGB, and familiarity with operational tax matters
- Excellent command of English and Turkish (both written and spoken)
- Good user knowledge of SAP FI; other ERP systems and/or SAP S4 Hana skills are an asset
- Strong stakeholder management skills (preferably in a business partner capacity)
- Willingness to travel (about 25%)
