About the role

  • Customer Success Intern supporting customer engagement initiatives and retention strategies for Fortive Corporation. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and analyzing customer data to improve experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Support key initiatives that strengthen customer engagement and retention
  • Analyze customer data and improve operational processes for better customer experience
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Renewals, and Operations teams
  • Design repeatable processes and identify automation opportunities

Requirements

  • Actively working towards a degree in Business, Communications, Analytics, or related field, graduating December 2026 or later.
  • Experience with Excel or data tools is a plus (but not required)
  • Interest in SaaS, customer engagement, or process improvement
