Own and coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes

Represent FSC at career fairs
Requirements
At least 4 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or headhunting
Degree in HR or a related field
Fluent in English
Experience with ATS, ideally Personio
Creative mindset for talent engagement
Strong communication skills
