- Champion Partner Success: Demonstrate empathy and a deep understanding of partner operating models. Effectively communicate how our deliverables directly drive Ford's Enterprise Technology objectives, ensuring alignment and maximizing impact.
- Manage Executive Communication: Take ownership of executive communication, crafting and delivering clear and concise updates, proposing innovative features, and sharing valuable perspectives with diverse leadership teams across Ford
Requirements
- BE/BTech/MCA/MTech degree
- Overall 8+ years of experience in IT with at least 3+ years hands-on AGILE Methodology and Tools.
- Training and certification as a professional scrum master (PSM) or as a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) are an asset. (Nice to have)
- Training and certification as a Project Manager (PMP) are an asset. (Nice to have)
