Ranger Super Duty Program Supervisor leading the development of new Ranger models and expanding markets. Collaborating with stakeholders for growth and managing program changes.
Responsibilities
Lead the development of future Ranger Super Duty programs to define new products and continue expanding into new markets.
Collaborate with multiple stakeholders—markets, finance, and engineering—to shape future growth and maximise value across both new and existing markets.
Lead the team responsible for program change requests, program timing, and costing to inform the T6 (Ranger & Everest) Cycle Plan.
Report directly to the Ford Racing and Ranger Super Duty Senior Manager.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering required; major in mechanical/mechatronics preferred.
Registered engineer or ability to become registered within 12 months.
Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in automotive engineering, with a significant focus on vehicle modifications, special vehicle operations, or conversions.
End-to-end program management in product development, spanning from initial concept through to launch.
In-depth knowledge of vehicle systems, components, and integration principles.
Understanding of global automotive regulatory frameworks, particularly ECE regulations and ADR.
Effective leadership skills with a positive, collaborative, and solution-oriented approach to teamwork.
Ability to travel as required.
