About the role

  • Program Manager II leading complex organizational programs to support corporate strategy at PNC. Require strong planning and management skills with collaborative team involvement.

Responsibilities

  • Leads a cross functional program/project team to ensure the execution of organizational programs in support of corporate strategy.
  • Leads complex programs/projects requiring planning, oversight, and communication across multiple segments, channels, or lines of business.
  • Typically, program size may reach or exceed $25m.
  • Manages the general and detailed planning stages of organizational programs; influences project decisions to achieve overall program goals.
  • Oversight and reporting for the program budget while working to ensure success of the program.
  • Evaluates the implementation and effectiveness of the programs and recommends enhancements to programs based on results.
  • Teams with service partners to ensure seamless delivery and a consistent experience across multiple distribution channels.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of industry-relevant experience
  • knowledge of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions
  • assessing and effectively managing all of the risks associated with their business objectives and activities to ensure they adhere to and support PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
  • Specific certifications are often required.
  • In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
