About the role

  • Learning Designer responsible for creating engaging learning experiences for automotive manufacturing teams. Collaborating with business partners to design curriculum and deliver effective training programs.

Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for creating engaging, high‑quality learning experiences that support automotive and electric vehicle manufacturing teams.
  • This role works closely with business partners and subject matter experts to identify skill needs, design effective curriculum, and deliver instructor‑led, virtual, and digital training aligned to business goals.
  • The Learning Designer applies modern instructional design practices, data insights, and AI‑enabled tools to improve learning effectiveness, personalize experiences, and continuously evolve programs as manufacturing technologies and processes change.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Adult Ed or a related field with 4 or more years of experience in curriculum development and learning strategy.
  • Strong mastery of ID models (ADDIE, SAM), adult learning theories, and technical writing.
  • Advanced skills in e-learning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Captivate, Camtasia), Adobe Creative Cloud, and Learning Management Systems (LMS/LXP).
  • Proven ability to manage complex, simultaneous projects, translate business gaps into learning solutions, and align L&D metrics with organizational success.
  • Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and simplify complex technical information.
  • Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Adult Ed or related field is a plus.
  • Experience in video scripting and production (Premiere, Vyond, Synthesia, SimpleShow, guidde) and graphic design is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using Generative AI for content drafting and learning analytics is a plus.
  • Deep understanding of automotive manufacturing processes and Electric Vehicle (EV) technologies is a plus.
  • Fluency in a second language is a plus.
