Responsibilities
You lead event projects from A to Z: briefing, planning, timelines, resource allocation and budgeting
You develop clear processes, checklists and structures to ensure smooth execution
You coordinate internal teams (Brand, Growth, Creator) and external partners
You make events happen — whether for 20 people or 200+
Location sourcing, catering, logistics, technical setup, run sheets and vendor management
You ensure timings are met and all disciplines are seamlessly orchestrated
You develop original event concepts for product launches, pop-ups, community formats and creator activations. You bring ideas that are visually strong and have social media potential.
Requirements
2–4 years of experience in event or project management (agency, brand or startup)
Very strong organizational skills and a structured way of working
Experience with timelines, budget control, resource planning and stakeholder management
Ownership mentality: you take full ownership and keep all strands under control
A good sense for brands, aesthetics and brand experience is an asset
Confident handling of vendors and event logistics
Initial experience with influencer/creator formats is a plus
