About the role

  • Prepare and check employment contracts and documentation.
  • Schedule interviews and support our Talent Acquisition & Sourcing Partners.
  • Help create recruitment marketing content (think videos, posters, and more).
  • Manage queries, purchase orders, and monthly advertising payments.
  • Be the first point of contact for new starters and make their onboarding experience great.
  • Provide reports and spot opportunities to improve processes.

Requirements

  • Ideally, you’ll have experience in an HR or recruitment related field
  • You’re all about people and creating great experiences.
  • You’ve got an eye for detail and can juggle priorities like a pro.
  • You’re curious, proactive, and not afraid to ask questions.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment and love getting stuff done.
