About the role

  • Staff Accountant handling accounts receivable for a digital marketing company. Assisting with invoicing, ledger entries, and maintaining customer relationships in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assists with customer invoicing process
  • Prepares monthly general ledger & Intercompany journal entries
  • Regularly maintains detailed and supported reconciliations of all assigned balance sheet accounts
  • Assist with collection efforts
  • Investigate & reconcile client accounts as needed
  • Develops and maintains customer relationships as part of accounts receivable team
  • Prepare documentation for internal and external auditors, as required
  • Special projects as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required
  • 1+ years’ experience in accounting or related field
  • Relevant experience with the financial close process
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Willingness to establish and maintain effective working relationships throughout the company
  • Experience with NetSuite or Oracle, a plus
