About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage campaigns and projects with a high degree of independence.
  • Proven experience working across digital campaigns and play a key role in bridging planning to execution, ensuring work is delivered confidently and consistently with minimal oversight.
  • Lead day-to-day delivery across digital campaigns, ensuring work is executed efficiently, meets performance objectives, and aligns with client expectations.
  • Manage and optimize paid social campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn and Meta, while guiding campaign direction and driving continuous performance improvements.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for clients on digital workstreams, providing updates, recommendations, and performance insights with confidence.
  • Oversee campaign timelines, deliverables, and scope, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within expectations.
  • Analyse performance data, identify trends, and provide clear, actionable recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across PR, content, and strategy to ensure digital activity aligns with broader integrated campaign objectives.
  • Support new business efforts by contributing to proposals, pitch materials, and identifying opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Guide junior team members, improving delivery quality and ensuring consistency across accounts.
  • Help strengthen operational stability by improving continuity in digital delivery and reducing reliance on ad hoc resources.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing, ideally within an agency environment.
  • Strong hands-on experience in paid social platforms, particularly LinkedIn and Meta, with the ability to manage and optimise campaigns independently.
  • Confident in working with clients, presenting performance results, and providing recommendations in a client-facing role.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Experience managing multiple campaigns or accounts simultaneously, with strong organisational and project management skills.
  • Experience working with B2B, technology, or corporate clients is preferred.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager), tracking, or marketing automation platforms are advantageous.
  • Use AI tools to optimize and fast track your work (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude or Perplexity).
  • Familiarity with Slack and Google Workplace Suite.
