About the role

  • Account Executive responsible for driving growth across the US logistics market at FlowX.AI. Focused on consultative selling and technology alignment with client needs.

Responsibilities

  • Source new opportunities to supplement the BDR & marketing teams’ lead generation efforts.
  • Build and manage relationships with prospective & existing customers.
  • Lead in-depth discovery sessions to understand business needs, challenges, and desired outcomes.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and solutions teams to build demonstrations and proposals.
  • Present FlowX.AI’s value in a clear, practical way that aligns with customer goals, using Gap Selling principles.
  • Maintain an accurate pipeline and provide regular updates on progress and forecasts.
  • Learn and stay current on FlowX.AI’s platform, use cases, and evolving customer needs.
  • Contribute feedback from customers to help inform product and go-to-market improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Background in B2B technology sales (SaaS, or digital transformation preferred).
  • A self-starter mindset; comfort in taking ownership of your approach, pipeline, and results.
  • Strong ability to identify improvement opportunities, recognize market trends, and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Adaptability and effectiveness in fast moving environments, with the ability to think in a structured manner under changing conditions.
  • Strong communication and discovery skills.
  • Familiarity with enterprise sales cycles and CRM tools.
  • Interest in AI.
