About the role

  • Business Development Executive responsible for selling fleet management products to SME clients at Fleet Alliance. Focus on building relationships and closing sales from marketing leads.

Responsibilities

  • Contact and build relationships while closing sales from leads generated via strategic partnerships and marketing department.
  • Winning SME clients.
  • Identification of commercial opportunities with prospective clients.
  • Converting marketing leads as well as facilitated intros from our partnerships and some self-generated leads.
  • Presenting our market leading proposition to SME clients.
  • Selling all products to prospective clients, such as contract hire and finance lease.
  • Consulting with key decision makers including Board Level, Finance, HR and Procurement.
  • Creating and delivering proposals and solutions to prospective corporate clients with follow up presentations.
  • Working closely with the head of salary sacrifice and your team to maximise every account.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in selling cars and vans to corporate clients.
  • Drive to deliver on prospect opportunities with tenacity and perseverance to succeed.
  • Confidence in proposal creation, presenting, negotiating, influencing and communication skills to Board / Executive level stakeholders.
  • High-level strategic and tactical analysis with problem solving, decision making and analytical capabilities.
  • Knowledge of Electric Vehicles, combustion cars and commercial vehicles in contract hire
  • Ability to use Microsoft packages including word and excel and creating presentations to use with your clients.
  • Great organisational skills, diary management, appointment arranging, ability to manage your workload effectively.
  • Account management experience.
