Sales Manager responsible for promoting payment solutions through face-to-face meetings and proactive sales initiatives. Engaging with SMEs to drive sales and installation of solutions throughout the region.
Responsibilities
As a Field Sales Manager, you are the heart and soul of our sales engine.
You will cover the entire region and play a central role in Flatpay’s business development.
You will sell our solutions during in-person, face-to-face sales meetings with owners of small and medium-sized businesses.
You will also proactively generate your own sales opportunities through cold prospecting visits, customer referrals, and by leveraging your personal network.
Once you have sold our solutions, you will also be responsible for delivering and installing the equipment.
Your objective will be to sell and install as many solutions as possible at the best possible price.
Your performance will be measured by your ability to meet and exceed monthly installation targets and the associated payment transaction volume.
Requirements

Proactive in planning and identifying new sales opportunities

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Fluent in French and English
Driver’s license required
