Recruitment Analyst responsible for end-to-end recruitment for sales and post-sales positions at Flash. Ensuring a positive experience for candidates while using data to inform hiring decisions.
Responsibilities
Conduct end-to-end selection processes for Sales and Post-Sales positions, from alignment with hiring managers through to negotiation and offer;
Ensure a consistent, human-centered and positive experience for candidates and leaders at every stage;
Use data and analytics to support hiring decisions, prioritize openings and manage the talent pipeline;
Act as a strategic partner to business areas, influencing decisions and proposing improvements;
Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, tools and Talent Acquisition rituals.
Requirements
Strong experience in recruitment and selection, either in-house or at recruitment consultancies;
Ability to run processes with agility without compromising quality, always focusing on the candidate experience;
Experience working in dynamic, high-demand environments;
Analytical profile with the ability to generate, interpret and present Talent Acquisition data;
Excellent communication, influencing skills and ease of building relationships with different stakeholders;
Availability to work in a hybrid model (2x per week in the office in Pinheiros – São Paulo/SP).
