About the role

  • Recruitment Analyst managing selection processes in sales and after-sales teams for a tech solutions company. Ensuring positive candidate experience and supporting decision-making through data analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct all stages of selection processes for the Sales and After-sales areas, including profile alignment, screening, active sourcing (hunting), interviews, and preparation of offers;
  • Ensure a positive and consistent experience for candidates and hiring managers throughout the entire selection process;
  • Support decision-making through data analysis, generating insights and recommendations related to hiring;
  • Actively contribute to the design, review, and continuous improvement of Talent Acquisition processes and practices.

Requirements

  • Experience in recruitment and selection, either in-house or at recruitment agencies/consultancies;
  • Ability to run selection processes with agility and quality, maintaining focus on the candidate and hiring manager experience;
  • Experience working in dynamic, fast-paced environments;
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with diverse stakeholders;
  • Availability to work in a hybrid model (twice a week in the office, in Pinheiros – São Paulo/SP).
