Responsibilities
Conduct all stages of selection processes for the Sales and After-sales areas, including profile alignment, screening, active sourcing (hunting), interviews, and preparation of offers;
Ensure a positive and consistent experience for candidates and hiring managers throughout the entire selection process;
Support decision-making through data analysis, generating insights and recommendations related to hiring;
Actively contribute to the design, review, and continuous improvement of Talent Acquisition processes and practices.
Requirements
Experience in recruitment and selection, either in-house or at recruitment agencies/consultancies;
Ability to run selection processes with agility and quality, maintaining focus on the candidate and hiring manager experience;
Experience working in dynamic, fast-paced environments;
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with diverse stakeholders;
Availability to work in a hybrid model (twice a week in the office, in Pinheiros – São Paulo/SP).
