About the role
- Market Research Manager conducting various market research projects at flaschenpost. Collaborating with teams to analyze data and derive actionable insights in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- You independently take on parts of the development and implementation of quantitative and qualitative market research projects and support the entire process from defining target groups to creating questionnaires and study designs
- You analyze relevant KPIs, structure and prepare data, and derive clear insights and actionable recommendations for internal stakeholders
- You conduct profitability, target-group, and market-potential analyses and help answer strategic questions with data-driven evidence
- You work closely with teams such as Marketing, Product, CRM, Data & Analytics, and Commerce to ensure consistent data foundations and efficient workflows
- You coordinate external market research institutes or panel providers, obtain quotes, and perform quality assurance on the delivered data
- You further develop standardized research processes and tools — e.g. through regular surveys, automated dashboards, or by connecting research data to the data warehouse
- You prepare results as reports, presentations, or executive summaries and present your findings to internal stakeholders
- You coordinate cross-team follow-up projects and ensure research findings are translated into concrete actions
Requirements
- You have successfully completed a degree in economics, marketing, market research, or a related field
- You are proficient in Excel and PowerPoint — basic knowledge of SQL and Microsoft Power BI is an advantage
- You are proactive and enjoy driving projects forward step by step
- You have a quick grasp of new topics and possess structured, analytical thinking
- You speak fluent German
