Responsibilities
Lead the recruitment strategy and execution across all departments, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to effectively understand and define their staffing needs.
Source, attract, and evaluate high-quality candidates utilizing various recruitment channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking.
Conduct interviews and assessments to identify candidates who align with FlapKap's values and culture.
Facilitate the offer negotiation and onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
Track and analyze recruiting metrics to optimize recruitment strategies and improve processes.
Continuously enhance employer branding initiatives to attract talent to FlapKap.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Expertise in full-cycle recruiting and a strong understanding of various sourcing techniques.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and report on key recruiting metrics.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
