About the role

  • Lead the recruitment strategy and execution across all departments, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to effectively understand and define their staffing needs.
  • Source, attract, and evaluate high-quality candidates utilizing various recruitment channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to identify candidates who align with FlapKap's values and culture.
  • Facilitate the offer negotiation and onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Track and analyze recruiting metrics to optimize recruitment strategies and improve processes.
  • Continuously enhance employer branding initiatives to attract talent to FlapKap.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Expertise in full-cycle recruiting and a strong understanding of various sourcing techniques.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and report on key recruiting metrics.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
