About the role

  • Part-time Customer Service Student assisting major telecom companies with support, communication, and sales. Flexible hours and professional development in a dynamic company.

Responsibilities

  • Customer support and communication: You are the first point of contact for customers of our partner companies (Telekom or Vodafone) and ensure a first-class service experience
  • Advice & support: You answer questions, resolve issues and delight customers with tailored solutions—transparent, always service-oriented and with an eye for sales opportunities
  • Value-added sales: Every customer interaction is an opportunity—whether through contract optimization or closing new contracts. You provide sustainable, pressure-free advice aimed at long-term customer satisfaction
  • Multichannel communication: Whether by chat, e-mail or phone—you communicate with professionalism, friendliness and clear language

Requirements

  • Communication skills: You can interact well with people and understand their needs
  • Empathy & helpfulness: You identify what customers need and find matching solutions
  • Reliability & self-organization: Even in stressful situations you keep an overview and work dependably
  • Language skills: Very good spoken and written German are essential for this position
  • Student: You are an enrolled student and can support us for at least 12 hours per week
  • Experience? Not required! Whether you are changing fields or already have customer contact experience—your motivation is what matters to us
