About the role

Responsibilities

  • Customer care and communication: You are the first point of contact for customers of our partner companies, Telekom or Vodafone, and ensure a first-class service experience.
  • Advice & Support: You answer questions, resolve issues, and delight customers with tailored solutions — transparent, always service-oriented, and with an eye for sales opportunities.
  • Value-driven Sales: Every customer interaction is an opportunity — whether optimizing contracts or closing new agreements. You provide sustainable, pressure-free advice aimed at long-term satisfaction.
  • Multichannel communication: Whether via chat, email, or phone — you communicate professionally, kindly, and clearly.

Requirements

  • Strong communicator: You interact well with people and understand their needs.
  • Empathy & helpfulness: You recognize what customers need and find tailored solutions.
  • Reliability & self-organization: You stay composed and work dependably even in stressful situations.
  • Language skills: Excellent written and spoken German are essential for this position.
