About the role

  • Customer Service Representative for telecom companies ensuring outstanding service experiences via multiple communication channels. Engaging clients and problem-solving in dynamic support environment.

Responsibilities

  • Customer care and communication: You are the first point of contact for customers of our partner companies Telekom or Vodafone and ensure a first-class service experience
  • Advice & support: You answer questions, resolve issues, and delight customers with tailored solutions
  • Value-added sales: Every customer contact is an opportunity — whether by optimizing contracts or closing new agreements
  • Multichannel communication: Whether via chat, email, or phone — you impress with professionalism, friendliness, and clear communication

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills: You are good with people and can understand their needs
  • Empathy & helpfulness: You recognise what customers need and find tailored solutions
  • Reliability & self-organization: You stay composed and work reliably even in stressful situations
  • Language proficiency: Very good German skills, both written and spoken, are essential for this role
