Responsibilities

  • You are the primary point of contact for customers of our partners Telekom or Vodafone, ensuring a first-class service experience
  • You answer questions, solve problems and delight customers with tailored solutions — transparent, always service-oriented and sensitive to sales opportunities
  • Every customer interaction is an opportunity — whether through contract optimization or closing new contracts. You advise sustainably, without pressure and with the goal of creating long-term satisfaction
  • Whether by chat, email or phone — you impress with professionalism, friendliness and clear communication

Requirements

  • Communication skills: You are good with people and understand their needs
  • Empathy & helpfulness: You identify what customers need and find the right solutions
  • Reliability & self-organization: You stay composed and work reliably even in stressful situations
  • Language skills: Very good German skills, spoken and written, are essential for this position
