About the role

  • Learning & Development Partner managing learning systems and optimizing compliance programs at Five9. Designing impactful global learning experiences in a dynamic and experienced team.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and curate onboarding and ongoing learning content, including e-learning (Articulate 360), microlearning, presentations, and resources aligned to business needs.
  • Coordinate and deliver new-hire onboarding and orientation sessions, including logistics, scheduling, global calendars, and content updates.
  • Support learning programs end-to-end, including project coordination, communications, surveys, and continuous improvement based on learner feedback and effectiveness metrics.
  • Support administration of the Learning Hub (LMS/LXP), including system configuration, content management, data integrity, integrations, and vendor coordination.
  • Administer and track mandatory compliance training, ensuring timely completion, accurate records, audit readiness, and alignment with Legal, Compliance, and HR requirements.
  • Assist in maintaining dashboards and reports to measure learning participation, effectiveness, and compliance, translating data into actionable insights.
  • Guide users in accessing plans and role-based pathways, providing guidance on navigating learning platforms and curated content and increasing adoption.
  • Support learners and escalate complex issues for employee inquiries, managing support tickets, troubleshooting issues, and partnering with HR, IT, and vendors for resolution.
  • Develop and maintain self-service resources (FAQs, job aids, knowledge articles) to improve learner experience and reduce support volume.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred required
  • 2+ years of HR or Learning and Development experience
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • Solid understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and training delivery techniques
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS), learning experience systems (LXPs), and e-learning platforms such as Articulate 360 or others
  • Strong attention-to-detail, resourcefulness and drive for innovation
  • Exceptional time, resource management, and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize workload and act with appropriate urgency
  • Demonstrated ability to work successfully cross functionally
  • Able to follow guidance and escalate when needed
  • Calm appearance under pressure
  • Ability to brainstorm and contribute ideas
