Responsibilities
Lead the requirement gathering and design of AI-driven conversational solutions.
Facilitate discussions to translate overarching business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
Thoroughly document solution designs using tools such as Lucidchart and Voiceflow.
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and analytics techniques.
Monitor vendor roadmaps and industry trends.
Leverage your expertise working in a customer-facing role.
Requirements
Graduate degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, Cognitive Science, Linguistics, or similar.
4+ years’ experience as a Conversation Designer or similar.
Experience in Professional Services or other Customer-facing roles.
Hands on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, fine-tuning and evaluation.
