About the role

  • UX/UI Designer developing user interfaces and user experiences for B2B and B2C products in travel tech. Collaborating with teams to enhance UI consistency and simplify UX for customer journeys.

Responsibilities

  • Craft high-quality user interfaces that are visually appealing, consistent, and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Work on web and mobile applications to enhance usability and user engagement.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to create seamless and intuitive user interactions.
  • Prioritize user needs, accessibility, and usability best practices.
  • Create interactive prototypes to demonstrate user flows and micro-interactions, improving design validation before development.
  • Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to translate requirements into effective UI/UX solutions.
  • Help maintain and evolve the design system, ensuring consistency across all products.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
  • Proficiency in UI design tools such as Figma, Miro
  • Knowledge of design systems, typography, color theory, and accessibility standards.
  • Familiarity with prototyping tools (Maze, Axure, Framer) and an understanding of usability testing.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in UI execution.
  • Experience in SaaS and/or the travel industry is a plus.
  • Proficient in English, German skills nice to have
